Job Role: Investment Advisor / Sales Executive. (On-Site)
Location: Ibadan
Base Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦180,000
Commission range - 3% - 10%

Job Overview:
The Investment Advisor will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our real estate properties to prospective clients. They must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

Qualifications:
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (2years minimum).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
