Three palms which is a constellation of three family homes with at least four bedrooms and two lounges tastefully furnished with a large garden in the tranquility of the Iyaganku government reserved area. These homes are most suitable for families with children or people who enjoy the greenery and exclusiveness. It is five minutes drive from the Dugbe central business district. Derin Courts suite is a gracefully furnished two bedroom apartment within Derin Court. It is situated on Jemibewon Road with a view overlooking the Ibadan Golf Course. Derin Courts is strategically located close to the University of Ibadan, the University College Hospital , the Dugbe central business district. We offer complimentary tea / coffee trays, standby electricity, fully furnished kitchen facility, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, wireless internet and fully air-conditioned rooms. Living Room: The Living Room is spacious and tastefully furnished with a separate dinning area which makes our suites a real home away from home.
