Need I add that it was a major struggle to achieve these photos even though it looks like I'm really serving faces and feeling like the real boss queen.
It took well over 30 minutes to get these photos hence why I'm posting them as a reminder that models and people in general who slay their photos , know their angles and constantly serve us hotness are the real MVPs.

My mood looking at all the hit and misses from last night's . In all fairness alot of people got this year's theme correct and they interpreted the looks so well.

I can't help but think of how long it took their stylists to come up with mood boards after moodboard, sketches, meetings, outsourcing for the looks, how many times their clients didn't like an idea, fittings, sleep less nights and above all how they might smile to the bank.

I will continue to say , it takes an entire country to come up with each final red carpet look you see at every event, but it takes the client trusting the said stylist and putting their money where the art is!!

Lastly, I really missed Rihanna, Blake lively and Sarah Jessica Parker at this year's met gala. Now that it's over.. our lives can continue. As you were fellas!!

Excited about all the food,drinks and dancing adventure I plan to embark on this weekend.

It was a sunny day in Lagos, some where in surulere , we were ready to start shooting when some men came to task us that we should pay some ridiculous amount to use a land that was desolate and didn't belong to them, a land they were using to contract their car selling business, deep sigh.

While everyone was getting fed up, I remembered I could switch from my t**h butter self , lol to an area girl, so I bursted some Yoruba and told the men that I needed the pictures to raise money for my wedding and asked them if they would love to take photos with us? As Soon as we involved them in the shoot even though we knew the photos we took of them wasn't going any where, it became so easy and stress less from there on.

Most times being a creative is knowing how to think up quick solutions to make your job seamless while on set by any means necessary.
