Nepal had been consistently participated the Far East and South Pacific Games for the Disabled (FESPIC) since 1975. And recently Asian Paralympic Committee is formed under the IPC. Now APC is covering almost all paralympic sports for the disabled in Asia along with the participation in each paralympic games.

Nepalese Athletes Left an initial history of international participation in disabled sports by FESPIC games and then Athens 2004 Paralympic Games being able to make significant achievement.
