Two toned layers of chalk paints blended. Sage Green with dark wax and a Candyfloss wash, sealed with clear wax. This gives the drawers an aged look. The drawer fronts have a texture grain on them. New copper hardware added.

Sometimes restoring furniture has a sentimental value. This table belonged to my husband's late mum Iris. She had it for many years. It was stained and varnished in a dark colour. The table has been stripped back to it's natural beauty and sealed with an antique stain and danish oil. The edges done in gold leaf. The bottom legs have been chalk painted and sealed with dark wax and a coloured wash as it was all dinged up. It will have a new life for many years to come.

Prep time, getting the varnish and stain off before the sanding begins.

A unique one of a kind vintage art deco Roses in Red Dresser/Cabinet. Chalk painted in luxury Victorian Black with clear and black wax. New mosaic hardware added. Roses IOD transfer. It could also be displayed as a statement piece.
