The finishing touches are underway at the Matakana Newshoots Daycare 🧡

We've carefully selected and placed nearly 500 plants and today the crew is busy getting this predominately native planting palette in the ground.

Safe to say the new bike track has already been thoroughly tested by some minis, and even approved by the big boss! We can't wait to share the completed project with you very soon.

Winter landscaping isn’t always glamorous… but it is pretty magical when you’re three and five!

One day this will be a beautiful garden, but today it’s the world’s best mud pit 😆

Things are taking shape at our Matakana daycare! Our resident play tester has approved the tunnels 🤪

The water play troughs are now in place at the top of the river swale, ready for plugs, waterfalls and trap doors that will let little ones explore and experiment. Once today’s concrete is in, they’ll be finished with mosaic detailing 👏

It was such a pleasure working with you to reimagine your backyard and explore a pool design that balanced everyday family living with something a little different. Exploring different design directions together was a really rewarding process 🙌

We were recently invited to the SPASA New Zealand pool building awards with our friends in the industry, Blue Ocean Pools.

The team won 5 gold awards and the Onestone Landscapes Ltd team was proud to be part of the project that won Pool Landscape Design for Small Pool under $80,000, Concrete Pool under $80,000 and overall NZ Small Pool of the Year awards 🏆

The pool is a fibreglass drop-in from The PoolHouse, finished with SSL Distributors White Sands porcelain copings.
