As the season fast approaches, many of us are starting to bring our horses back into work after their winter break.

A well-planned workload helps ensure your horse is getting the right amount and type of work to build fitness progressively, while also incorporating the variety they need to stay engaged and healthy.
But good intentions are much easier to stick to when you can actually see the plan.
Visual management is a simple way to map out your week, giving you a clear picture of what you’re doing, where you’re progressing, and where you might need to add a little more variety or recovery.
