This gorgeous family home in early Papamoa with great outdoor entertainment areas was fun to style for photos last week. Tauranga is such a small place I often know my vendors before they become clients and this home was one of those! 💙 It’s currently on the market with Tim Short

Kitchen’s are one of my favourite spaces to style. Once the vendor & I have worked together to strip the benches back to their bare minimum & hidden the small appliances and air fryers away it’s all about adding warm layers of luxury!

I think this pool fence design is so exotic- what a way to transport you into feeling tranquil holiday at home vibes!
Murals by Millie have painted murals on 13 School’s & learning centres already, have completed larger designs such as the Papamoa Sports & Recreation Centre but also does custom home designs for indoor & outdoor spaces too 💚💙

A few of you have been asking… so I am excited to share with you our latest project we have been working on this year- renovating 4 units close to home in Otumoetai opposite the Bureta Countdown and backs onto the Otumoetai Golf Course. These little homes have undergone a huge transformation & I am really proud of the finished product.
They are ideal for down-sizers, retirees or first home buyers that want the convenience of all the local shops & parks within walking distance. This is the first of 4- the back one which backs onto the golf course!
They have just gone on the market with the dream team Bastin Group Andre Stewart Katia Beetham from Bower_

How many curves can you see in this room?
Styling tip: curves soften spaces!!! They break up hard linear lines. You don’t need to renovate it buy an expensive couch you can do it on a budget! Some ways to incorporate curves into your spaces are:
*round coffee tables
*curved chairs
*bowls
*side tables
*round tray
*round candles
*chopping boards in kitchens
*lampshades
*vases
*round bar stools
*a gooseneck tap
*sculptural items
I am a big fan of curves and am naturally drawn to them & I love the way THREE BIRDS RENOVATIONS use curves so I borrowed this image from them 🤎🧡

An interesting way to adding emotion to your property photos is to add tasteful looking food to your entertainment areas such as the kitchen & outdoor entertainment tables. This sets the scene and evokes an emotion in your buyers that they want to live & entertain in your home as if it is their own!

It was such a vibe tonight at J.P.Holdsworth opening night for her solo exhibition in the The Incubator Creative Hub
Great turn out and everyone was blown away by the quality and beauty of these pieces of art based on still life form in my favourite muted colour pallet- they would work in every home and are affordable.
The exhibition is on for the next 3 weeks so go down & check it out. There will also be the opportunity to create your own little piece! How interactive! How good is it to see your friends using their talents and chasing their dream??🤎🧡
