Did you know? You can dilute a few drops of clove essential oil in carrier oil (such as coconut oil) to prevent irritation.

Just soak a cotton ball in the mixture and dab it directly onto the affected tooth or gums. I did this during the pandemic when I had a toothache, and we couldn't get out of the house. Truly, oils are blessings.

Please note that clove essential oil acts as a natural and temporary remedy for toothaches. It has eugenol, an anesthetic and antibacterial compound that numbs pain and reduces inflammation.

Remember that using clove essential oil is not a substitute for professional dental treatment for issues like infections or cavities.

We went to General Trias, Nueva Ecija, to experience how to distill eucalyptus a couple of days ago.

We had fun and learned a lot.

And look what I got as a welcome gift (soap, bodywash, insect repellent and massage oil)!
