Bakit mo minanipula ang Mr. Tourism Caloocan 2015 result? Bakit kailangan mo pauwiin ang mga hurado ng di pa Tapos ang kontes? Bakit wala kayong maipakitang tabulation sheets? Isang malaking pandaraya ang ginawa mo, kailangan mo magpaliwanag? Hindi ka karapat dapat sa posisyon mo madam.

ROCK ROCKAN FESTIVAL 2015 ( BATTLE OF THE BAND )
RULES AND REGULATION
1. There is no limit to the number of bands who wants to apply for the competion
2. Any distasteful behavior , and or damage to property and to organizers suppliers (eg. sound system ,etc ) will result to automatic disqualification at the hands of organizers and judges .
3 .All bands must contain a minimum of 3 members and maximum of 6 . However all members must sign that they have read and understand the registration form . If you have any questions , please clear them up with the coordinator prior to signing the form .
4 . Only band members listed on the registration form will be admitted to the venue ( after payment of the registration fee ) . All fans , family members , friends ,etc. will be required to pay the admission fee for the event . However, we encourage you to invite as many friends, family, and fans as possible because the more people you have cheering for you, the better your chances to have the audience impact percentage ( part of the criteria ) .
5 . The use of any illegal substances or liqour will not be tolerated. If any of the band member is suspected to be under the influence of an illegal substance, the entire band will be disqualified and the proper authorities will be notified .
6 . All band members are required to be present at least 30 minutes prior to performance time to check in with the coordinator. If all band members are not present and ready to set up for performance 15 minutes before going on stage. The band will be deducted of a (1 ) percentage of their total score .
7. All participants are required to be courteous and respectful toward other participating musicians .
8 . The organizers reserve the right to stop the competition , in the event of there will be intolerable violence , riot , natural disaster or calamity , typhoon , etc. or any untoward incident that will jeopardize or put the lives of the organizers, participants, audiences, and the people involved in danger .
9 . The organizers also reserve the right to start the competition and to start and accept entry and to stop and deny entry of the participants / competitors/ audiences of the said event .
10 .The organizers will give 2 percent bonus points to the participants / competitors who will register and arrive early which will be added to the total computation .
11 . In the event that there will be a tie a votation process amongst the judges will be considered . And one ( 1 ) representative of the organizers will be one of the members of the voting committee .
12 . The competition is open to all who wants to join the event .The organizers has the right to use the original song entry of each participants for the purpose exposure and display ( the artists/ band will be acknowledge ,of course ) favorable both the organizers and band participants ( giving Royalty, etc. is not in the option of the organizers )
13 . A 650.00 PHP registration fee ( qouta ) is required to enter the competition that is only for the band participants who has a minimum members of 3 and a maximum members of 6 . If more than 6 members an additional of 50.00 PHP per head is required .
EQUIPMENT AND ONSTAGE RULES :
1. The band members are responsible for the security of their equipment . The Organizers will not be held responsible for any loses and or lost / damaged / or stolen equipment .
2 . Each band will be given the opportunity to play 2 songs ( 1 cover ,1 original ) If there is no available Original Song another Cover Song will be considered . The grand winner will be asked to play an encore presentation .
3 . There will be a strict time limit of 10 minutes for each band on stage . You may have one ( 1 ) long song and one ( 1 ) short song but no more than 10 minutes is allowed for both songs . If the band will exceed more than 10 minutes a one ( 1 ) percent will be deducted to their total score . Please plan your songs accordingly .
4 .Each band will be given 5 minutes to set up and 5 minutes to break down their equipments , so please keep this in mind when designing your set . If the band will exceed on the given limited time a one ( 1 ) percent deduction will be deducted to their total score .
5 .While band is playing during the competition proper . The next band may start getting ready to set up in the backstage . However , please do not be disruptive so that the band on stage can be the focus of the judges and the crowd .
6 .Bands may not be use pre- recorded sound material .All bands must play live .
7 . Foul and offending languages will not be tolerated , it is not allowed . A deduction of 1 percent to their total score will be deducted if they do so .
8 .The decision of the Board of Judges is FINAL and EXECUTORY!!!!
