Spancrete Acotec walls are non- reinforced hollow core walls that offer superior properties for a whole range of uses. The walls are made of normal weight aggregates and concrete. It is a wall module meant for building partition which make it more economical and cost efficient. The edges are tongue and groove which enable the panel to align and integral to each other so that the wall will become
monolithic and more stable. Panels are easy to handle and install. Because of its innovative thinking and its willingness to address the needs of the industry, it put up a new plant to produce an Acotec Wall Panel that will cater to the demand of High rise Building Construction, Builders and Developers. The Operational Management team of Spancrete Structure Inc. is led by Rudy T. Chua, the President, Mario Lacson, Assistant to the President, and Dennis Ramos, General Manager of Acotec Division, who are all together involved in the operation. At present, Spancrete Structure Inc. is continuously developing innovative products that it can produce to support the growing need and demand in the construction industry. Spancrete plant is using a fully automated Roth Machine from Germany for the production of Pre-stressed T-Joist and Hollow Core slab for floor and roof system. The same machine is also producing precast beams and columns. With eight beds of 100 m long at 10 lines for each bed can produce 52,000 LM for both hollow core and t-joist per month. For the Acotec Wall, Spancrete is using a fully automated Acotec machine from Finland. The plant can produce 300.0 m² of wall panel per 8 hr shift or 7,800 m² of wall panel per month. Each plant has its own batching plant and support equipment for the efficient operation in the production.
