Small changes can make a huge difference ✨
My client Sarah wanted a few budget-friendly upgrades to make her home more attractive and easier to sell—without going for a full renovation.
So we focused on simple but impactful moves:
✔ Adding a fresh, eye-catching color
✔ Extending the porch just enough to improve the entry
✔ Introducing warm exterior lights to enhance evening curb appeal
These small design decisions completely changed how the house feels—from ordinary to inviting, unique, and market-ready.
And yes… this entire process was powered by design thinking, experience, and a very loyal cup of coffee on my desk ☕😄

This is what most people don’t see behind a “finished design.”
Sketches, revisions, thinking, testing ideas on screen, and questioning everything until it actually works.
AI can help visualize concepts but it can’t understand flow, comfort, construction realities, or how a space will feel once it’s built. That still comes from experience and human judgment.
