Spring 2026 Undergraduate (BS) Admissions — UET Lahore

The University of Engineering & Technology (UET) Lahore is pleased to announce that Spring 2026 Undergraduate (BS) Admissions are now open across various engineering and technology programs.

In recognition of educational inclusion, UET Lahore is offering a special fee waiver for applicants holding a Balochistan domicile. This initiative supports talented students from Balochistan in accessing high-quality engineering and technology education at one of Pakistan’s top institutions.

📌 Eligibility Criteria (Undergraduate)
Intermediate (F.Sc / ICS / DAE / A-Levels or equivalent)
from an HEC-recognized institution
Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate (as per UET policy)
ECAT required (if applicable for the selected program)
Admissions are purely merit-based

پنجاب کے مختلف یونیورسٹیوں میں بلوچستان کے طلباء کیلئے مختص نشستوں کو ختم کرنا، نشستوں کی ترتیب میں مشکلات و رکاوٹیں پیدا کرنا اور یونیورسٹیوں کی غیر سنجیدگی و عدم تعاون طلباء کی تعلیمی سفر پر قدغن لگانے کی مترادف اور قابل مزمت ہے۔

بلوچ اسٹوڈنٹس کونسل پنجاب کے ترجمان نے اپنے جاری کردہ بیان میں کہا کہ پنجاب میں ماضی میں شروع ہونے والی بلوچستان کے طلباء کی زہنی ہراسانی اور تعلیمی سفر میں رکاوٹیں کھڑے کرنے کا سلسلہ ابھی تک برقرار ہے۔ ہر روز نت نئے طریقوں سے بلوچستان کے طلباء کیلئے تعلیم کا سفر تنگ اور دشوار بنایا جارہا ہے، بلوچستان کے طلباء روز اول سے علاقائی و نسلی تعصب، احساس کمتری اور غیر منصفانہ رویوں سے دوچار رہے ہیں۔

رزرو سیٹس کو وقتاً فوقتاً ختم کرنا معمول کا حصہ بن چکا ہے جس کے خلاف طلباء مختلف ادوار میں مختلف شکلوں میں احتجاج کرتے آرہے ہیں، مگر اس سلسلے کا رک جانے سے دور دور تک واسطہ نہیں مل رہا۔
حال ہی میں پنجاب کے بیشتر یونیورسٹیوں میں رزرو سیٹس کو ختم کرنا، سیٹس الاٹ کرنے کے طریقہ کار میں کوٹے کی تبدیلی کے بہانے مشلکات اور رکاوٹیں پیدا کرنے کے ذریعے جان بوجھ کر سیٹس کو ضائع کرنا اور ایڈمیشن دینے میں تاخیر کرنا اور غیر سنجیدگی اسی سلسلے کے ایک کڑی ہے۔

ہم اس پریس ریلیز کے توسط سے تمام یونیورسٹیوں کو اگاہ کرنا چاہتے ہیں کہ رزرو سیٹس کے معاملات کو جلد از جلد حل کیا جائے بصورت دیگر طلباء اپنے حقوق کے حصول کیلئے احتجاج کا حق محفوظ رکھتے ہیں۔

Important Announcement for BE (Engineering) Candidates (96 Reserved Seats – Balochistan)

The Directorate of Colleges, Balochistan has announced the interview schedule for BE (Engineering) admissions under the 96 Reserved Seats quota.

All candidates who appeared in the entry test are hereby informed to appear for the interview as per the given schedule. Candidates must bring their original documents (DMC and Local/Domicile Certificate) at the time of interview.

1. Prospectus is available on our admission portal: i.e., admission.uet.edu.pk.
2. The admission process will start from July 21, 2025. The applicant needs to log on to our admission portal via a token on payment of Rs.2500/-. The token number can be obtained in two ways:
(a) through HBL online banking if you are an HBL account holder, or
(b) through HBL KONNECT if you are not an HBL account holder. In either case the token number is your challan number, which is
valid until August 13, 2025.
3. Relevant documents need to be scanned and uploaded with your application.
