• ریٹرن یا شکایت کی صورت میں آپ کو پراڈکٹ کی مکمل ویڈیو فراہم کرنا ضروری ہے جس میں:
• پراڈکٹ کی خرابی یا نقص واضح طور پر دکھایا گیا ہو۔
• ویڈیو میں پارسل کی پیکنگ اور آرڈر نمبر بھی دکھایا جائے تاکہ تصدیق ممکن ہو۔

2. ویڈیو کی شرائط:
• ویڈیو صاف، مکمل اور بغیر کسی ایڈیٹنگ کے ہونی چاہیے۔
• صرف تصاویر یا زبانی شکایت کی بنیاد پر درخواست قبول نہیں کی جائے گی۔

3. ریٹرن کی مدت:
• آرڈر موصول ہونے کے 24 گھنٹے کے اندر شکایت یا ریٹرن کی درخواست دینا لازمی ہے۔
• مقررہ وقت کے بعد موصول ہونے والی شکایات قابلِ قبول نہیں ہوں گی۔

4. ریٹرن/ایکسچینج کی منظوری:
• اگر پراڈکٹ واقعی ناقص یا خراب ہو تو:
• آپ کو وہی خراب پراڈکٹ ہمارے پتے پر واپس بھیجنا ہوگی۔
• جیسے ہی ہمیں وہ پراڈکٹ وصول ہوگی اور ویڈیو میں دکھایا گیا نقص تصدیق ہو جائے گا، ہم آپ کو:
• نئی پراڈکٹ بطور ایکسچینج بھیج دیں گے، یا
• رقم واپس کر دی جائے گی (ریٹرن پیمنٹ) — جیسا کہ آپ چاہیں۔

• بغیر ویڈیو یا صرف تصویری شکایات پر کارروائی نہیں کی جائے گی۔
