I just finished this 120cm humpback whale. It was a commissioned work and is on the way to Germany. A special thanks to the clients trust in my work.

After a smooth start into 2025, hopefully this year will be a more creative year for me and the driftwood-project. Well, let´s start with a beautiful side table. I found the wooden window quite a while ago somewhere next to the bins just around the corner from where I live. It´s such a good feeling to reuse old material and create new beautiful things.
This side table is for sale: www.driftwood-project.com.

Finally I have a beautiful website. The website also includes a small shop, which will get bigger and bigger. At the moment the ocean is very calm, so there is not much new driftwood.
But: Winter is coming 😁 and with the winter there will be some big waves, strong winds and lots of new materiel.
Check it out and stay tuned.

Another project from last year for my favorite Sushi place in town. The yellowfin tuna can reach 200kg and a length of 2,4 meters. They can dive down to 1600 meters and reach a speed up to 75km/h.

Finally I am back and motivated for the upcoming creative projects. This whale tail was a project I finished last year. It took me quite a while to figure out how to safely attach the sculpture to the wall. The weight of the tail is approximately 20kg.
Enjoy!
