物流和客户支持
• 地点：新加坡 Sungei Kadut
职责：
负责与内部物流和客户协调货物的交付。与采购部门联络以确保库存准时到达，并与销售团队一起计划交付给客户的时间框架并密切跟踪每次交付。
工作职责
• 协助销售团队履行客户承诺。
• 安排交付给客户。
• 与物流合作，何时交付/交付地点/联系人并完全移交给物流
• 计算机技能 - MS office、MYOB 系统、Outlook（电子邮件）
• 编辑技巧 - 编辑数据表 (PDF) 和编辑图像
• 与客户沟通——了解客户要求的预计交货日期
• 有组织 - 组织工作流程；先做更紧急和重要的事情安排送货 - 安排司机当天送货。
• 计划时间框架——确保项目按时交付给客户

Duties:

Responsible for coordinating delivery of goods with internal logistic & customer. Liaise with procurement to ensure stock to arrive on time as well as planning together with sales team for the timeframe to deliver to customer and follow up each delivery closely.


Job Responsibilities

• Assist Sales team in fulfilling customer promises.
• Arranging delivery to customer.
• Work with Logistic when to deliver / where to deliver / contact person and full hand over to Logistic
• Computer Skills - MS office, MYOB System, Outlook (Email)
• Editing Skills - Editing datasheet (PDF) & Editing image
• Communication with client – To know the estimated date of delivery that customer required
• Organized - To organize workflow; to do what is more urgent and important case first Arranging delivery – Schedule driver on the delivery of the day.
• Planning time frame – To make sure the item to deliver on time to customer
