Two days ago, a client that we served prior called me told me that she have a friend that came to her house, she was very happy with the turn out of their house and asked for our contact. Aunt was very nice basically help us to close the "new client" already told her that we are good with our works and she can ressured that it good as she is a testament.
Today i got a call in the morning, told her our transportation charge and understood briefly what needs to be done. Explain over the phone and we head down in the afternoon i went over the client shown me the cabinet below saying that the door dropped.
It was a small fix just faulty hinges, they asked if they need to change the cabinet honestly i felt there wasnt a need as the carcass and doors are still in good condtion for 30 years of cabinet the condition is minted. After we settle the things for them. She paid us and gave my guys additional tip said thank you for helping them out and made it clear to them what they are paying for. A happy job done. 1 more happy client
