Office Communication System Upgrade

Upgrading an office communication system is not just about replacing old devices — it also requires proper planning for extension routing, entrance intercom access, and new phone deployment. For this project, our team first checked the existing Panasonic telephone system, traced the current line connections, and identified the required locations for the entrance intercom, PBX equipment, and office desktop phones.

We then installed the new Yeastar P520 IP PBX, connected the Fanvil IP phones, and integrated the entrance intercom unit to improve both internal communication and visitor access handling. By planning the migration path first and confirming the existing cabling before installation, the upgrade process became more organized, reliable, and efficient.

System setup, testing, and basic call flow checks were also carried out to ensure stable communication between the entrance panel, office phones, and PBX system before handover.
