Definitely a day to remember. My good old friend house had been sold by me and now he is going to upgrade to a private property which could seen a 6 figure profit right now. I’m glad they have took up my proposal.

I still can remember those days the silly things we do when we were young. And I’m happy to see each other had progress to become better man. To many more years of our friendship.

On the 11th day of The year of the Tiger, very happy to close deal with my PropNex Bro ALex Lee Guan Yi who I’ve know him for many years. It’s our 1st deal and more to come.

It’s my 10years in the industry as a Property Agent and definitely a milestone achieve for getting my 1st Platinum in PropNex.

I have to thank Boss - Kelvin Fong during the last revival bootcamp. He challenge me to think of getting a Platinum when last year December 20, I’ve got my Super Gold. It was super scary to increase my goal target. But nevertheless I’ve achieved it.

At the same time I’ll like to thank my family, friends, customers and relatives for all your supports and watching me from the new agent until today a 10 years agent.

Not forgetting to thank my bosses Frank Wong, Damien Goh, Karen Wong and June Leng Yee Hoe for your pass support and guidance. I’ll like to thank Phyllis Yeo and Laven Loo for giving me chance as your leader when I don’t even feel I’m that good. 😅😅😅

I’ll also like to thank my business partner Angie LimAngie Lim for the help and support for our long time partnership since 4years ago until now. I appreciate your help and understanding. Not to forget watching out my blind spot and highlighting it to me. Sometimes it does hurt but I know it is for the better improvement of myself.

This is not something to boast about but to share that dreams can be achieved. Don’t let anyone laugh/ limit on your thinking, even if our dream may sound silly. When you accomplished it, the feeling is definitely happy and nice because you have push above your limit and become someone better than your old version.

Throwback to yesterday’s video shoot. Despite of the limitation from the tighten covid measurement, we still have to keep our business going and also do a good job for our customers for putting their trust in us.

We are also thankful to our video team support and the power scripting and video.

At the same time I get to see a lumberjack climbing up the tree to cut off the branches. Respect to my fullest. 🙇🏻‍♂️🙇🏻‍♂️🙇🏻‍♂️

After my viewing went for my dinner at Casuarina Prata.

Back in my secondary school days, my second sis used to drive me and my twin brother to eat supper. Casuarina Prata is one of my favourite prata place to go to at night. My favourite is always their banana prata. Although the place is ulu but some how the place had mesmerised me. Similar to me selling houses and how certain houses had captured my attention and their uniqueness.

In the end happy stomach, happy Mark Loo.
