Another day, another problem to solve..

We had an interesting request recently, and are proud to have been of help with the solution.

Our client has a partially amputated foot, and was finding it hard to wear shoes, as it flexes too much without the missing support. His request was to come up with a simple spacer block to take up the remaining space in the shoe.

However, we decided to go a step further and have a custom molded replica foot section for him instead. This will not only allow him to use it with any shoe, but also to provide additional support and comfort in his daily life.

We ended up making 2 versions for him, a standard solid type to be used with soft sole shoes, and a softer version made of a flexible material for use with stiffer shoes.
