The TV console I made from cherry and ash. The warm red color of the cherry wood created a beautiful contrast with the ash. Choosing intricate patterns instead of straight-grain pieces made the work quite challenging, but the result was worth it. This time, I used finger corner joints instead of dovetail joints. For drawer interiors I used poplar, the tradition. I finished it with two coats of boiled linseed oil. It took me roughly 80 hours to complete. It will last a lifetime, hopefully. I guess my cat Bulut likes this piece very much. 🪵🪚

The Studio Desk that I made in spruce using traditional techniques has found its new owner. No screws/ nails and 100% handmade. Finished with acrylic matte varnish.
