Meet Ayda Burcu !

She has a professional background focused on communication and coordination, with experience in international festivals, events, and account management.

She lived in Bordeaux one year for her master's degree, a city she admires a lot! 🇫🇷 She is a scuba-diver, lindy-hop dancer, and a hiker; chasing new perspectives both above and below the surface always keeps her alive! She has traveled to dozens of countries, most impressed by Nepal, Mongolia, and Hungary. Bringing together people, cultures, and stories led her to amateur docu-filmmaking after Covid.

One of the most meaningful decisions of her life (!) was adopting a Husky, rescued after earthquake disaster Turkey in Feb 2023..

Ayda hopes to contribute her international cultural insight, and business experience to her team.

If something needs to be done, chances are Gökdeniz has already tried it—at least once. As the office’s Jack of all trades (and our very own Swiss Army knife), he's got a hand in everything whether it’s composing a catchy tune, throwing together a last-minute theater sketch, or pulling off a magic trick. He lives by one rule: if there’s an opportunity for a joke, take it. If there isn’t, make one up anyway.

Worked in tourism for almost two years, he can’t wait to keep traveling, learning new cultures, and finding ways to bring those fresh ideas into his work. When not being suspiciously good at everything, he can usually be found lost in his own world—possibly crafting the perfect joke, possibly just buffering. His guilty pleasure? Blasting sea shanties on the ferry and dramatically staring at the waves like a very unserious 18th-century sailor.

Bonjour tout le monde, meet Rachel, our young blood!

Rachel, our new assistant project manager, has been in and out in many sectors such as education, office-work and hotel business despite her age. She's currently working on her bachelor's and associate's degree at the same time, one can say that she is a worker bee. 🐝Today, once again, she's in tourism business and one step closer to her dreams.

She loves animals far too much that she believes she is the mother of all cats in the world. Also, her guilty pleasure is listening to Justin bieber while she's wearing her business woman outfit. 🫣

🌙✨ “The Sultan of Eleven Months Has Arrived!” ✨ 🕌

1. As the sun sets, cities comes alive with the spirit of Ramadan. 🌆✨ From the historic minarets echoing the call to prayer to the bustling bazaars,every corner radiates joy. 🌙💫

2. During Ramadan, Turkey awakens to the rhythmic beat of the “davul,” a traditional drummer who roams the neighborhoods before dawn, awakening residents for the pre-dawn meal called “sahur.” 🥁

3. Queues form eagerly outside bakeries as locals await their freshly baked “pide,” a traditional Turkish bread enjoyed particularly during Ramadan. 🍞 Often topped with sesame or nigella seeds, pide is the perfect accompaniment to the evening meal known as “iftar.”

4. In the spirit of Ramadan, streets are often alive with the age-old traditions of “Hacivat and Karagöz,” traditional Turkish shadow puppet shows that bring joy and entertainment to families after iftar. 🎭

5. As winter cools, comforting aromas of “boza” and “salep,” cherished winter drinks, bring warmth and comfort. 🍵 Boza, a fermented wheat drink, and salep, a hot milky beverage made from orchid tubers. ☕

6. In the past decades, traditional taverns of Istanbul, known as “Meyhane,” used to close for the month but had a tradition: on the first day of Eid, they would send out trays of “unutma beni dolması” (literally translates to Forget-Me-Not Mussels), a special version of stuffed mussels to their valued customers, as a reminder of hospitality and a warm invitation to return. 🐚
