I remember way back in 2012 [at 21 years] when i bought land at 5M and after only 2 months, a buyer was looking for land to set up a secondary school and through his broker, they called me with an offer of 27M which i refused! I haven't sold it up to now! And if am to sell it now.... i am sure i can't sell below 100M because it's strategic and all my neighbours have subdivided their big land into plots...... and occupants have developed them with magnificent homes, rentals and hostels because we're near a big institute.

Literally there's no vacant plot around me and i have remained the only person with a bigger open land. The rest are plots and they're developed. I use my land for commercial farming and i sell my farm produce to the neighbours though i have a bigger plan on it after farming!

My advice especially to young people is that, as you earn a salary today, do not think that it will make you rich at retirement through saving. It is the investments you make today while you are still young, energetic and visionary that will help you live a comfortable life at retirement.

Don't promise anything if you can't keep your promise. It may not be necessary to you, but it could be everything to someone else.
