• Follow up on leads, quotations, and client feedback
• Maintain strong relationships with customers before and after sale
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of furniture or interior products (added advantage)
• Computer literacy (WhatsApp Business, email, basic CRM tools)
• Customer-oriented, patient, and well-organized
• Previous customer care experience is an advantage

Requirements
• Proven ability to market products online (social media marketing)
• Content creation skills (smartphone photography/video is acceptable)

• Willingness to meet clients in the field
• Sales or marketing experience is an added advantage
