A Place Called Home

I was one of the first vendors at Painted Tree in Roswell, GA when it opened in 2021, and I’ve made so many wonderful friends and met some truly amazing customers along the way.

Hearing the news that the owner is filing for bankruptcy is absolutely mind-blowing. Over SIXTY stores across more than two dozen states… and just like that, so many dreams, countless hours, hard work, and investments feel like they’ve been swept away—gone in an instant.

Reading the posts from other vendors only makes it more heartbreaking. The devastation is real, and the impact reaches so many lives. It’s hard not to feel that this could have been handled differently, with more care and consideration for the small businesses that poured everything into this.

So many emotions right now… but most of all, my heart goes out to every vendor, employee, and family affected by this. 🙏
