This customers gazebo had a twenty year old shake (wooden shingle) roof that was falling in. I ripped it off, replaced it with new decking, laid down 30 lb felt and shingled with new new 30 year asphalt shingles. After new screens and a gloss white paint job it has that "new car" smell again and is ready to enjoy

My customer had water getting in underneath her door when it rained - I installed a french drain for her to wick moisture away from the house and built a custom awning to shed water away from the entrance way. Problem solved!
