We built all the built-in cabinetry, installed Brazilian cherry flooring, reclaimed wood on the ceiling in the kitchen, all the trim mouldings throughout the home, all the ceramic tile, limestone tile, stone accent tile in the shower, kitchen backsplash & at both fireplaces. We installed heated flooring in both bathrooms. We installed a new flagstone walk way & retaining wall. We built a new deck & fence at the back of the house & completed all the landscaping. Sealed, repointed & painted all the first floor existing exterior brick. Installed new Pella Pro double hung windows. Installed Hardi siding & shake shingle siding. Installed new 30 yr architectural roofing shingles. Trade work included; all new electrical, two new HVAC systems, all new plumbing, sheetrock contractor, a contractor to pour a new concrete driveway & granite countertop contractor. This home was originally built in 1947 & was literally falling in on itself when we started this project. Our team did a fabulous job, one we can be proud of & the investor sold the property in one day for a nice profit !!
