Boutique 42 got its 15 minutes of fame! 😎
🎥🎬We closed our doors to the public last month and opened them to a movie producer, who turned the boutique into a staged movie set.
🤫We don’t know what the movie is, and couldn’t tell you if we did. We won’t know the name of the movie until it’s finished and you’ll be the first to know! 🤗

🏠I’m so excited to work with this new client! My vision board is on fire with ideas for her first floor makeover!!
🤝I met this particular client 2 years ago. At that time she was ready to begin her make over journey, but that was the last time I spoke with her.
🤗A month ago I was contacted by her to re-visit her makeover dream! To my surprise, she wanted me to begin renovating her first floor. I couldn’t believe she kept my business card! I was very surprised and happy!
🤩She is allowing me to use my expertise to turn her house into a home and create a “Wow” factor.
Once I have finished the first floor, I will begin her second floor.

✨ 🤝👩🏽💼Being Creative was hired for a special project by a client in Laurel, Maryland.
🏠The client wanted to turn her unfinished basement into a multiple purpose space.
• A family gathering room, with a DJ area.
• A 1-bedroom apartment addition used as a rental unit.
🛩I flew down to Laurel, Maryland and met with the clients in October 2020, for a full consultation.
🚧At the height of the pandemic, builders everywhere faced multiple obstacles.
🪵👷🏾♀️🧱🔨Covid + shortage in building materials = construction delays.
🙌🏾 We are now on track and slated to complete the basement and apartment addition by December 2022!
✨ We currently are choosing color schemes, tile, cabinets, and flooring. I will also be doing interior designing with furniture and decor upon completion.

✨Commercial office space, ZMC & Associates
✨My client wanted a simple yet elegant atmosphere for her staff and clients. A job that should have taken a couple of months lasted over a year due to the pandemic.
✨The good vibe between my client and I was unbelievable, and I successfully created a beautiful, welcoming space she loved.
✨When you run into unexpected delays, good communication is essential.
