We are looking for experienced individuals to join our team as Senior Lawn Care Technicians. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors, dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. Our technicians maximize the health of our clients’ properties with top quality product, and services, and offer appropriate solutions to optimize the health of each customers' lawn.

***Senior Lawn Care Service Technician Responsibilities:
-Apply fertilizers, w**d control, and insect control to lawns according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
-Identify pests, cultural problems, and the proper use of select products.
-Drive company vehicle to customer locations.
-May operate machinery such as power seeders, aerators, back pack blowers and sprayers.
-Effectively communicate with customers regarding treatment and recommendations.
-Manage daily vehicle inventory and equipment.
-Complete accurate documentation for client, office, and Department of Agriculture.
-Maintain vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance.
-Provide direction to junior Lawn Care Technicians as needed.

***The ideal candidate for this position must have the following:
-Enthusiasm for working outdoors.
-High school degree or equivalent.
-A strong work ethic.
-Valid, unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
-Reliable transportation to work.
-Excellent attendance record.
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Clean and neat appearance along with a positive attitude.
-Ability to operate machinery.
-Ability to meet production goals.
-Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds.
-Pass a drug test and background check.
-Clearance to work in the United States.
-We love our Veterans!
-Prior experience is preferred but not required.
