🚨 Just because it looks like a dream home… doesn’t mean it is one. 🚨
We had this cute, renovated 4 bed / 2 bath in Stone Mountain under contract at a great price… and on the surface, it checked all the boxes.
But the inspection told a completely different story.
This is exactly why I always recommend inspections—no matter how good a home looks. My job isn’t just to get you to the closing table… it’s to make sure you’re not walking into unexpected problems after you move in.
And when things don’t add up? We walk away.

Not every real estate win happens overnight… some take years ♟️
Back in 2019, I helped my client secure this land on Northcutt with a vision to farm it—and even then, he was playing chess, not checkers.
Life shifted (as it does), and recently he reached out and said, “It’s time to sell.”
We listed it, had tons of interest, went under contract in just a couple of weeks—with TWO backup offers 👏🏽
And the best part? He walked away with major appreciation 💰
