That’s a wrap! We’ve had an awesome few years with Southern Chase working for our amazing clients. We have been temporarily closed for about a month now but this is our official notice to all of you. We’ve been so busy in our personal lives that we can’t put the time into Southern Chase that we once could. Not sure of a timeline, but we will be sure to let you know if and when we reopen. Thank you to all our clients and supporters- you’re the best!

Finished up an awesome built in project this weekend! Floating shelves with LED lighting and lower farmhouse-style cabinets. We are so grateful to be chosen to tackle big projects like these for our clients!

We’ve been staying up late working on some rustic shutters! Loving the warmth these stained shutters bring. Next step: installation!

Here’s a recent project that we finished but haven’t shared yet! A couple weeks ago, we dropped off this rustic dog crate to hold three puppers!! 🦮🦮🦮 The client already had the square balusters they wanted to use to build this crate, and while square balusters added an additional difficulty to this build (compared to circular balusters), we made it work. The client also wanted us to build this crate so it would fit nicely in a particular corner of their home and be the same height as the half wall next to it.

Started a new faux beam project this past weekend and we are absolutely loving it! For this project, there were already faux beams in place, but they were painted. Client wanted to reuse the poplar wood and stain it instead, so we took down the beams, rebuilt the beams with the unpainted sides out (that paint was just not coming off!!), sanded and stained. We’ve still got work to do but we cannot wait to see the finished looked after this living room remodel is complete!

Laundry room refresh!!!😍 This weekend, we were able to finish up a laundry room project for a client. We installed cabinets for more storage space and a white oak butcher block countertop and shelves sealed with Waterlox!

We finished up the installation of this beautiful farmhouse style set of built-in cabinets, oak countertops and oak floating shelves with recessed lighting today! This was a huge undertaking but the end result was worth it. Also, can we acknowledge the decorating skills this client has?🥳👏🏻
