Sometimes, the universe throws you little opportunities that tell you the path you need to take, even if it's not that PERFECT scenario you've illustrated in your mind. I leased another shop in my complex that gives me an additional 1600 square feet to sprawl, and it's only two doors down from my current shop. I've got logs to mill and I'll have lumber to dry, so this will primarily be my lumber storage warehouse where I'll house a couple dehumidification kilns and have space to whip around a forklift. 2024 is gearing up to be something special, and I can't wait to share more details of this wild journey 🌲♥️🪵

This tasting room is coming along beautifully! Down to the final stretch and there's a lot going on in the shop this week. Pouring 17' of live edge epoxy bar tops, putting the final touches on a killer bar cart, and while epoxy cures, I'm diving into table tops and some floating shelves. Lots to share approaching the opening of . Can't wait to share more!🍷🥂

Months and months of tedious fabrication, sourcing of parts, and very calculated design decisions have gone into getting this machine operational, and I'm finally cutting some wood. To say I'm excited would be a total understatement. I've built some pretty incredible furniture over the years, but building a machine has been a whole different experience entirely. Life changing if I'm honest. It's tapped into an engineering mindset I've never indulged in before, and I'm beyond excited to log some hours on this sucker. It looks pretty raw now, but the plan is to log 20-30 hours on this machine while i refine and get her tuned to perfection. Then I'll break everything down and get it all painted before reassembling 🫠. Lots of work ahead but I can't wait to share more!
