This newly opened Candlewood Suites by IHG in Oakwood, GA, was an exciting, local project for our team to deliver a nice assortment of our millwork and quartz countertop products across both the guestrooms and public spaces.

Within the guestrooms, our partner The Product Source manufactured and installed the kitchen cabinet & quartz countertops, along with the window valances, quartz windowsills, and the closets. Each of these elements were produced in accordance with IHG’s Candlewood Suites prototype finishes, featuring Fawn Cypress laminate cabinets with Gauntlet Grey cabinet doors & drawers paired with clean, modern jet black quartz countertops & glacier white quartz windowsills.

In the hotel’s public areas, we provided a custom millwork and countertop package that consisted of IHG’s prototypical brand designs. Five Star Architectural manufactured and installed the front desk & custom feature wall, cupboard cabinetry/island/screen walls, coffee station, meeting room barn doors, computer station, guest laundry, and various back-of-house millwork components. The Product Source supplied all of the quartz countertops, accompanied by the millwork throughout these spaces.

It’s always nice to be able to work on projects local to our home state of Georgia, especially a property that neighbors the sprawling Lake Lanier area. We are proud to have been part of bringing another great hospitality property in Oakwood.

The newly opened TownePlace & Springhill Suites Dual Brand by Marriott in Locust Grove, GA, provided an exciting opportunity for our team to deliver a wide variety of our millwork and quartz countertop capabilities across both the guestrooms and public spaces.

Within the Springhill guestrooms, our partner The Product Source manufactured and installed the drybars with quartz countertops, & the bathroom vanity bases with quartz tops. In the TownePlace guestrooms, The Product Source manufactured and installed the kitchen cabinets with quartz countertops, the bathroom vanity bases with quartz countertops, & the room divider slat walls. Each of these elements was produced in accordance with Marriott’s SpringHill & TownePlace Suites prototype finishes, featuring Mocha Firwood & Beigewood laminates paired with clean, modern white & concrete look quartz countertops.

In the hotel’s public areas, we provided a custom millwork and countertop package that consisted of Marriott’s prototypical brand designs, along with some custom features. Five Star Architectural manufactured and installed the custom front desk, market, buffet, media divider wall w/ communal table, ceiling wood slats, fitness center hydration station, quick print station. and various back-of-house millwork components. The Product Source supplied all of the quartz countertops, accompanied by the millwork throughout these spaces.

The newly opened SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Orange Beach, AL provided an exciting opportunity for our team to deliver nearly the full range of our millwork and countertop capabilities across both guestrooms and public spaces.

Within the guestrooms, our partner The Product Source manufactured and installed the guestroom drybars with quartz countertops, guest bathroom vanity bases with quartz tops, and the sliding bathroom barn doors. Each of these elements was produced in accordance with Marriott’s SpringHill Suites prototype finishes, featuring Mocha Firwood laminates paired with clean, modern white quartz countertops.

In the hotel’s public areas, we provided a custom millwork and countertop package that reflects the relaxed coastal character of Orange Beach. Five Star Architectural manufactured and installed the custom front desk, market, bar, buffet, coffee bar, weave feature walls, fitness center hydration station, and various back-of-house millwork components and The Product Source supplied all of the quartz countertops throughout these spaces.

This project came together beautifully, and we are proud to have been part of bringing another great hospitality property to life along Alabama’s Gulf Coast. We look forward to visiting soon and experiencing the finished product firsthand in this fantastic beach destination.

Thomas Hospitality Group recently ventured into the multifamily world and was proud to participate in two exceptional apartment developments in Ohio: Skyline 776 Apartments in Cleveland and The Parisian on Vine in Cincinnati.

Both projects involved the adaptive reuse of former office buildings transformed into modern multifamily residences. Working in collaboration with our partner, The Product Source, our team supplied and installed all unit granite countertops, as well as custom quartz countertops throughout the common areas.

Projects like these are especially rewarding. During construction, it can be easy to become focused on our specific scope of work—coordinating schedules, solving challenges, and ensuring quality ex*****on. However, seeing the final transformation come together is a powerful reminder of the broader impact of our efforts. When the project is complete, clients are satisfied, and residents move in, it reinforces how meaningful it is to contribute to spaces where people will live and connect.

We just recently completed the new-build TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Murfreesboro, TN where we provided a turnkey, installed package of guestroom & public area millwork, quartz countertops, and the shower package.

In the guestrooms, we provided and installed the prototypical kitchen cabinets, floating shelves, and quartz countertops, the guest bathroom vanity bases and quartz tops, and the tub & shower surrounds, shower pans, and shower doors through The Product Source.

In the lobby/public areas, we provided and installed the custom public area millwork like Welcome Desk, In-A-Pinch, Connection Center, Slat Walls, Buffet & Island, Bussing Station, Bar, Fitness Center Hydration Station, Public Area Restroom Vanities, and back of house through Five Star Architectural and the related quartz countertops through The Product Source.

We believe our client was very happy with the package we offered, and we have another TownePlace Suites and a Home2 Suites with this same client that are completing soon, so stay tuned!

Thomas Hospitality Group enjoyed working on this Everhome Suites project in Cheyenne, WY which opened in late 2024. We utilized multiple vendors to provide our client with a nice turnkey package of guestroom & public area millwork & quartz countertops including the guestroom kitchens, bath vanities, barn doors, shower doors, shower surrounds & pans, & suite dividers.

Thomas Hospitality Group completed this new-build Homewood Suites by Hilton in Buford, GA, early in 2025. We provided and installed the guestroom kitchen cabinetry & quartz countertops in the guestrooms via import through The Product Source and the public area millwork domestically through Five Star Architectural.

The guestrooms received custom TFL laminate kitchen cabinets with flat slab doors and marble-look quartz countertops. For the public areas, our scope included the registration desk, coffee & market, grab and go, central hub retail table and tap wall, bussing station, condiment station, fitness center amenities, board room, and back of house millwork.

Thomas Hospitality Group completed this new-build SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Eau Claire, WI, in the Spring of 2025. This was a new client for THG, and we’re already working on our next project together!

The Product Source furnished the guestroom bath vanity bases and dry bar millwork, along with the guestroom and public area quartz countertops. Five Star Architectural provided our typical public area millwork scope for SpringHill’s, like the front desk, market, buffet, coffee station, quick print, fitness center hydration station, weave walls, meeting room, and back of house cabinets.

This was one of SIX SpringHill’s that we completed in about a two-year span. THG always likes to keep an eye on trends and ride the wave of active brand new-build and renovation initiatives while they are hot!

Homewood Suites by Hilton – Raleigh, NC
Thomas Hospitality Group had a great time working on this highly custom, new-build Homewood Suites by Hilton project in Raleigh, NC that opened in 2024.

Our import cabinetry & countertop vendor, The Product Source, provided the custom TFL guestroom kitchen cabinetry & guest bathroom vanity millwork bases as well as the quartz countertops.

Many of the projects we do tend to stick to prototypical finishes, but it’s fun to do custom versions of brands that we love.

TownePlace Suites – Jacksonville, FL

Thomas Hospitality Group worked with the owner directly on this project to provide the guestroom kitchen cabinetry & quartz countertops. This project is one of FIVE TownePlace hotels that we are doing this year.

The Product Source provided and installed all of the cabinetry & quartz countertops from their overseas factory and supported the project domestically when any issues popped up.

The Residence Inn by Marriott in Irvine, CA, was a guestroom renovation project that we completed in early 2025 that required all new kitchen cabinets & quartz tops, as well as quartz thresholds.

For the kitchens, they went with a custom, painted shaker-style door kitchen cabinet design and white quartz countertops.
