We will be having our HOA General meeting on Saturday September 30, 2023 at 10:00am at the circle on the HOA property. Please bring your own chair, also, home/lot owners be prepared to vote for a new HOA President and Secretary on that date, we are encouraging everyone to come and participate and especially our new residents. If you have any items you would like to be included in the agenda, please forward them to us asap.

The Crescent View Home Owner's Association and board members extends our profound congratulations to all of the 2021 graduates in the community and wishes you all success in all your future endeavors.

Final reminder before the AGM on Saturday July 11. 2020. We will be observing social distancing and encouraging all community members to take time out to attend and walk to the location, carry your own chair. We will still keep process open for nominations to the two vacant positions, we will be voting on the same day.

Good afternoon Crescent View board members and Residents,

The next HOA Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday July 11, 2020 beginning at 9:30am sharp at the HOA’s common area which is at the front entrance to the neighborhood. Please bring your lawn chairs and your umbrellas, we will be nominating and voting for a new President and Secretary. Because of the pandemic we will be required to observe social distancing for the duration of the meeting. We will also have available the 2019 Financial reports to share with all members.
