The pendant above the dining table was selected to mirror the table's scale and length, creating balance in the room while drawing the eye upward.
This fixture helped add a modern edge to the otherwise natural, grounded palette woven throughout the project.

When designing this space, we intentionally kept the larger upholstered pieces light and timeless, giving the homeowners flexibility to evolve the color palette over time.
To add warmth and visual interest, we layered in rich textures through Belgian linen pillows, woven textiles, and earthy tones. The result is a space that feels inviting, collected, and effortlessly livable.

The living room was designed to be a place where the family could truly relax, gather, and feel at home together.
Throughout the space, we carried a consistent palette of warm neutrals, organic textures, and natural materials to create a sense of calm continuity between the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. Rustic architectural details like the exposed beams and range hood were balanced with cleaner furnishings and softer layers to give the home a more modern California-inspired feel.
One of our favorite elements in this space is the mix of textures—from the linen upholstery and leather accents to the collected accessories and layered textiles—which helps the room feel both elevated and lived in.

The chandelier was selected for its light, sculptural, and organic qualities. Its cascading form adds movement above the dining table without overwhelming the room.
On or off, this piece is a work of art.

Warm wood tones, soft texture, and a relaxed place to gather. This casual dining space keeps things simple in the best way.
One of our favorite details is the artwork from . Subtle in palette, but bold in scale and texture, creating contrast while still blending seamlessly into the overall design.

The entry was designed to feel grounded from the moment you walk in.
Oversized table lamps add weight and symmetry, while the lighter wood console keeps the space feeling relaxed and approachable. Layered accessories from our showroom and natural textures bring in that lived-in, traveled feel the homeowners were drawn to throughout the project.

A new project reveal, and one we’re especially excited to share.
This home was transformed to reflect a more modern, California-inspired way of living while honoring the architectural details that made it special from the start. Layered textures, collected pieces, old-world character, and thoughtful updates came together to create a space that feels bright, personal, and lived in.
We can’t wait to take you inside next week and share the design decisions, details, and stories behind each room.
