Welp, the rumors are true! 🌵
Not the rumor about that thing with the pig - that was just a misunderstanding. We're talking about our new taproom on Springdale officially opening (tomorrow 6/15)!
There's still a ton of work we plan on doing here, but we couldn't wait any longer to start having people over (and, frankly, we can really use the money).
Here's what we don't have (yet):
🌮 Food - We're working with some close friends as food partner we're super excited about, but they're not quite ready yet (pop up Saturday 6/17). Until then, we have free popcorn and you're welcome to bring your own food.
🥏 Disc Golf - Mint Disc's is working super hard to get their retail store and course open ASAP. Probably sooner than you think, but it's not quite ready yet.
🤌 High-end furniture and Instagrammable murals. Don't get us wrong - we love those things and plan to eventually get them, we just spent all our money on the land so we're stuck with IKEA and concrete walls for now.
Here's what we do have:
🍻Lots of world-class beer (duh), cider, wine, frozen drinks, NA options, AIR CONDITIONING, board games, lots of outdoor space, a fenced-in dog park, a pretty rad kids' playground, and about 120 parking spots.
We're kinda trying to avoid having a huge grand opening party, so we're just gonna open our doors on Thursday at 11am and have regular hours after that, and you're welcome to come by anytime. Hope to see y'all soon!
