Captured at RE/FORM’s Unknown Perception Campout in Southern California, Los Angeles techno force Stephen Disario brought his signature moody, driving sound to life on the XONE DJ Xone:96.

As the boss of Conundrum Records and co-founder of Cognition, Stephen has helped shape LA’s techno community through both his music and his work behind the scenes. From his breakthrough track “Rave,” supported by Amelie Lens and Pan-Pot, to “Pulse,” which landed in Chris Liebing’s AM/FM podcast, his sound continues to make an impact on dance floors worldwide.

Behind the Xone:96, Stephen had the tools to take his set deeper. With its six-channel architecture, four-band EQ, dual independent filters, and rich analog sound, the Xone:96 offers the precision and flexibility to sculpt textures, layer driving rhythms, and build tension across a set. Its dual USB interfaces and advanced connectivity also make it a powerful centerpiece for modern DJ setups.

The result? A seamless connection between artist, mixer, and dance floor — built for the kind of immersive, high-energy techno that keeps the underground moving.
