Excited to share our latest DEI Activation Experience focused on driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with our amazing Kardia team members: Tawny, Denisha, and Serita.
It was an empowering journey where our client and their 18-person executive leadership team gained a deeper understanding of what is needed to foster an inclusive workplace and create a positive impact in their organization’s strategic objectives. Leaders from different areas of the company engaged in our interactive workshop, which challenged their perspectives and encouraged open discussions.
The magic happened when our client created collaborative one-page cascading plans! Together, they committed to fostering an inclusive culture and outlined concrete metrics and steps to make it happen. These plans will serve as the foundation for cascading DEI initiatives throughout their organization, ensuring every team member plays an integral role in the transformation.
