Doing some playing around with fabric scraps as a way to scratch the itch to art while keeping some stuff out of the landfill. The outer layer of this tote is made entirely of recycled and salvaged scraps from reupholstery work I've been doing lately, and the inner lining is made from a recycled table cloth. I'll be making more of these soon because I've got plenty of scraps to play around with! And yes, they will all be for sale. 👍

It's sunhat season! We'll be heading to the Oregon Crafters Market in Silverton, Oregon the weekend of May 17-18th with these soft, scrunchable, packable sunhats and more with our crafting compadre Threadbear Crafts.

Still a long way to go but the Wild Iris Threads shop is in the process of a long awaited remodel. We have windows!!
