Didn’t get before photos 💔 This mid-century modern piece needed some love as it had water marks and worn down stain on its top. I refinished it and kept it natural - how could I not with this stunning shape and wood grain?!

Lately I’ve been loving experimenting with stains and playing with natural wood grains. Something about stained wood really makes a statement and elevates the decor in a home.

Spring time vibes in the dead of winter! This vanity just sold today.

It is neutral and beautiful. I sanded the whole piece before repainting and decided to leave the top unfinished to expose the gorgeous wood grain. I have been really into this light/white stain to make the wood really soft. Then, I paired that with a neutral bottom to tie it all together. The inside and drawers are lined with a floral neutral paper that gives it that special touch!

Happy this found a home and can’t wait to play around more with partly sanded pieces!
