Summer time food and grilling is the bomb, here we got some thai inspired BBQ pork shoulder steaks and herbs and crisp veggie salad with peanut sauce,all homemade.for the pork we marinated with: shallots,ginger, scallions soy,oyster and fish sauce and it was tasty AF

Why I don’t buy Chinese food at a take out place? …. Maybe cuse I can make it and sometimes bettah 🇨🇳 💼 when make sweet and spicy chicken and all the fixings rice , noodles and brócoli jus get and enjoy!
