For the Open Championship Trackman has a Closest to the Pin Tournament going on. I will be set up at the Kilted Buffalo Langtree location in Mooresville from 11AM-3PM on Saturday for anyone and everyone that wants to put their best swings on the Par 3 6th hole against the world.
The distance is 150yds, with only a slight wind. You get 5 attempts. Feel free to bring your own club/ball, but nothing lower than a PW due to height of shot concerns indoors.
For those in Charlotte that do not wish to make the drive, I will be setting up at the new Kilted Buffalo Plaza Midwood location on Sunday, after the coverage ends, as well.
Participation is free. You can get a haircut or once there is a bartender enjoy their bourbon/beer selection. As of today they had Elmer T. Lee, Weller Antique 107, and Eagle Rare.
