Still have a few summer dates available. July is FULL. Fall dates available as well. Holidays are blocked.

About the house:

3300 sq ft of space.
There is a lift to haul all your belongings (freight) up to the main floor from the driveway.

Main floor:

Large entry way that leads into the family room with couch, love seat, 2 recliners, game table and a couple of chairs. This room has a smart TV

2 bedrooms to the left. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed and dresser ~ each room has a smart TV

There is a full bathroom in the hallway of the 2 bedrooms. 3 rolls of toilet paper provided

Main floor master to the right. This room has a king bed, dresser, 2 night stands and a smart TV

There is a full bathroom off the hallway as you enter this bedroom. 3 rolls of toilet paper provided

Off the family room you walk into the Carolina Room ~ this room overlooks the back deck, channel and has lots of space for hanging out. There is a couch, love seat, chair and a smart TV

Off the family room is the massive kitchen. The circle table overlooks the channel and pool and seats 4 ~ there is an island that seats 4 more. The kitchen has 2 full size refrigerator/freezers, double oven, coffee/tea/hot cocoa station, dishwasher, pellet ice machine, mixer and everything you need to prepare your meals. The kitchen has spices, baggies, foil, wraps, paper plates, napkins, variety of k cups and tea, creamers, sugars, 3 rolls of paper towels, kitchen linens, dish soap, dishwasher pods, oil, etc. Basically you bring the FOOD and DRINKS. Cabinets are filled with all the necessities to eat and drink with.

Upstairs is a LARGE room. There are Twin bunk beds, couch, 2 club chairs, King Bed, 2 night stands, dresser, armoire, mini fridge, closet, recliner and a smart TV.

Off of this room you walk into a spa bathroom. Soaking tub, separate toilet area with sink and dresser, large walk in shower, double vanity and WASHER AND DRYER.

Outside Amenities:

4 beach chairs, beach toys, cart, umbrellas to use during your stay ~ PLEASE make sure to rinse after each use

Hot tub under the home, beautiful pool overlooking the channel, dock and deck for fishing or lounging.

There are 3 decks ~ 2 front of the house and back deck with ample seating to enjoy the outside air.

Rental includes: all beds made prior to arrival (based on guest count) bath linens, beach towels (these are in the home~ these are for beach use ONLY), POOL TOWELS~ these are located in the shower room under the house ~ THESE ARE FOR POOL USE ONLY ~ please do not take these to the beach

Parking:

NO street parking. The driveway will fit 4-5 cars based on size. Any overflow of vehicles need to be parked in the Boulineaus overflow lot which is about a 6 min drive from the house. The field across from the house is private property ~ please do NOT park there.

Garages are NOT available for any rental.

House has exterior cameras: front, sides and back. Any tampering with the cameras is PROHIBITED ~ cameras are monitored for our safety, your safety and insurance purposes.

There is NO smoking in the home or on the decks.

Home is dog friendly only. Limit based on breed and size. Please clean up after your pups.

There is a gas grill for you to use. Please clean after use. Propane is provided.

House has 2 XL cots to use for additional sleeping if needed. Bed sleep 10. There is a pack n play, high chair, booster seat, baby bath available for use.

Each room has a fan to use as it does get warm in the summer months. All rooms have ceiling fans also.

Please be mindful of electric usage between 3-6pm as Santee Cooper has that as their “peak” charge hours. 🙂

House does best maintaining at 70 degrees in the summer months. Just run those fans and ceiling fans to help keep it cool.

Quiet hours in the city of NMB are 11pm-7am. They are very on top of noise ordinance this year we have seen.
