A beautiful idea for a booth that came to life and was custom-made for All American Pub - a popular spot in the SouthEnd of Charlotte with a rustic-chic environment. Your kids going to UNC Wilmington in a couple of weeks and wanna know where they will be hanging out? They will likely stumble (no pun intended) across a new place we just outfitted called Pantana Bob's that opened this past Spring. It's within a mile of the University and with it's trendy indoor dining room and 5,000 square foot outdoor deck, is the ideal college student hangout.

They went with an industrial style decor, including a series of bar height community tables (with galvanized pipe system bases) and chairs with a raw steel frame. This is a popular style that will stand the test of time in look and quality!

If you're going to be in town for a surprise visit (because they're not responding to your texts), you might want to check this place first!

As a follow up to our previous community table post, we want to highlight some community table examples that we have also done in various hotels. Everything from simple to ornate, solid wood, metal, stone, or a mix of those materials...anything is possible as the attached photos show! Each of these tables provide a focal point in the hotel's lobby and communicate a welcoming environment for families and business travelers alike.

Have you ever seen a really unique piece of furniture and wondered how it was created? Here's an up close and personal look at how this custom table was created for Dogwood Southern Table and Bar in Charlotte, NC. The customer handpicked this particular oak slab because of its unique shape. It was then de-barked, sanded, hand stained and finished, and attached to the galvanized pipe base system. It is one of Dogwood's most requested places to sit for larger groups. We're kind of proud of it...let us know your thoughts!

Love the finished look of Diner 24 that I recently did in Greenville, SC. Located in an old, 2-story brick building in the downtown area, it was completely renovated and has both the look and feel of a diner straight out of the 50's. They are open 24 hours a day and serve classic diner food. I love when we can do fun and functional at the same time!

After 35 years of being in business, it still never gets old seeing the finished product come together. This Ink and Ivy job in Charlotte, NC was great to work on and the customer was extremely pleased with the results...and yes, that is a Harley Davidson mounted on the wall!

A recent job that was completed for Terrace Cafe in Greenville, SC. This is their 2nd location and involved a complete renovation of an old, retail building in Downtown Greenville. These custom designed booths were created using the customer's own fabric. Needless to say, the customer was very pleased with how everything turned out!
