I have been sick, fatigued, and hurting. Then I got covid. I am learning to listen to my body.... and without health; you have nothing. Nothing.

I am getting better, drinking more and less Coca-Cola. Setting limits and trying to work, smarter. I am listening...

is more than a Mantra. It is becoming a lifestyle. Things are changing for the better and I am changing too. I am running again and I like it. 🏃

If I have learned nothing this year I know that this world will take you out. Just with you going along and living your life this world will kill you (covid). But I have also learned that this world will heal you (CBD for pain management, Frankincense for inflammation, etc).

I am grateful and happy to turn this thing around.
