When I first stated working out trying andy trying to beef up the muscle, I too gained weight, and this frustrated me. I later found out that this is normal. So if you start gaining weight and you are eating right and exercising, don't worry, it's normal. As you progress the fat will disappear and the muscle will start to show and show will your new body.
