New screened porch added with golf course views and beverage center

Many of my local Pine Lake friends will recognize this renovation of the golf course home of the one and only Fred Gilbert. We are working on a major project to open up the views of the golf course throughout the house. Keep checking in to watch this amazing transformation!

We are currently removing the little-used fireplace and replacing with a wall of windows.

It's the little things you fall in love with! This butler's pantry features biparting custom entry doors, floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry, a beverage cooler, and pull-out tray cabinetry.

This two-story fireplace creates a stunning formal living room entry. Prior to renovation, this fireplace had a very traditional mantel and surround. We updated it with stacked stone, a custom wood mantle (by ), and a one-piece granite surround to visually enlarge the firebox.

This family room was beautiful from the start, but we added these decorative truss beams with hidden uplighting for a Wow! factor.

Part of this project included sanding and staining all hardwood floors and railings. We also refinished this gorgeous white oak ceiling and stained it to match the hardwoods.

Previously the left side of this kitchen had an angled wall that the clients wished to remove. The result is a more balanced layout and less of a "traffic jam" coming in from the garage.
