His apprenticeship began in 1994 at lle de France Antiques, a company importing and specializing in French furniture, before purchasing the business in 2001 and expanding his services and inventory to include American, Asian, and European furniture. In Chicago, he works most frequently in the North Shore area, including Evanston, Wilmette, Kenilworth, Winnetka, Glencoe, Highland Park, Highwood, Lake Forest, and Lake Bluff.
