Proper cure time is an important part of getting the best performance and longevity from your new coating system.

Every floor starts with evaluating the concrete, followed by proper diamond grinding, crack and surface repairs, and moisture testing when necessary. From there, we install a commercial-grade base coat, full-broadcast decorative flake, and finish everything with a durable polyaspartic topcoat with anti-slip protection.

Front patio restoration in Chicago 🏡

This patio had several large cracks and gaps that had been repaired in the past, but the previous material had failed and was allowing water to leak into the basement below.

We removed the old repairs, thoroughly opened and cleaned each damaged area, backfilled the deeper gaps with dry silica sand, and properly sealed everything using Poly Grout. The patio was then finished with a durable coating system to create a clean, refreshed surface.

Once the furniture is back in place, this front patio will be ready for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying a morning cup of coffee. ☕️
