"Best money I've spent on my office setup - I recently started a WFH job and almost immediately started having pain in my right shoulder and back. I'm short (5 ft) and I was finding it very difficult to sit all day. "Solution for desk jockey with spinal problems - I've used my LeanRite Elite for five weeks now. I have a standing desk I use for 9& #43; hours a day. I cannot use a sitting desk anymore due to two herniated lumbar discs that have caused me pain for decades. Standing all day was also causing problems for my back, legs, and feet. I extensively researched a solution for a perching-type option for a standing desk; there seem to be surprisingly few options out there that attempt to address this need despite the prevalence of standing desks. The LeanRite Elite is an investment that is worthwhile: so far it has proven sturdy and durable (I'm 5'8" and 200lbs and it supports my frame with no signs of strain), it has a large range of height adjustability, and the seat tilts to support my lumbar spine in exactly the positions I require. It did take time to acclimate to because the footpad and seat are not soft, but after several weeks of use I'm finding that perhaps the firm surfaces are what my skeleton and muscles need to maintain their strength and proper structure, rather than the squishy comfortable padding that feels good to sink into. Ergo Impact is offering an excellent product in the LeanRite Elite. It is relatively expensive compared to some other options, but it is high quality. They also offer a generous trial and return period, and I recommend really trying it for a few weeks to get used to it and allow your body to adjust.

"I love My Ergo Impact - Like most, I have spent thousands of dollars searching for the right chair. When I found Ergo Impact, I was at my last with chairs. I researched it for a while and read many reviews. Eventually, I committed. This chair is the best chair or stool I have ever had. My back is back to 100%, and my doctors are happy I am practicing better ergonomics in my office. I will give up a chocolate cake as long as I can have my Ergo Impact. "Very happy warehouse staff when they're not fighting... - After a Health & Safety review we found that a couple of our warehouse people were suffering with back and leg ache after a day packing LPs and CDs etc at their workbench. I literally searched the world to find a good solution for them - sitting down was not an option as they have to move about quite a bit and big stretches of anti-fatigue matting would get in the way of trolleys.
This LeanRite "chair" looked a good option but I was wrong. It's not good, it's perfect!
We bought one so they could try it out and after a week or so had a pleading request for a second unit so they can stop arguing about whose go it is!
All in all we're delighted. These aren't cheap and shipping is expensive but they are great quality and worth every penny for happy, healthy staff."
